Welcome to Your Parenting and Support Community

LGBTQ+ and Health

It is important that you are taking care of yourself appropriately and seeking help in a safe way. You should feel very proud of who you are but you also need to make sure that you are being safe and taking safe medications in regards to your journey. If you need medical help please find a safe provider that can help you along the way. If you have children who are currently part of the LGBTQ+ community you are amazing for supporting them but again, make sure you are being safe with every approach in their journey. Here you can share advice and approaches that have worked for your family.

Being a single mom is very challenging sometimes. I feel like I’m doing everything but not enough at the same time. Finding a balance between “Mom” me and “regular” me is so hard, and sometimes I just feel alone.
