My tips are sports, setting goals, and achieving them, even if they seem small. It's also important to manage time for ourselves and our family, otherwise, we get tired quickly.
Yes! it is SO healthy to set time aside for yourself! Even those small goals are still goals! One day at a time! I leave every other day by myself to work out. It isn't CRAZY but I do get to be alone which is really helpful and helps me breathe!
