Not too long ago I wrote about exhaustion and how to make time for myself, and I decided to ask the forum if you had any practical advice. My tips are sports, setting goals, and achieving them, even if they seem small. It's also important to manage time for ourselves and our family, otherwise, we get tired quickly.
Yes! it is SO healthy to set time aside for yourself! Even those small goals are still goals! One day at a time! I leave every other day by myself to work out. It isn't CRAZY but I do get to be alone which is really helpful and helps me breathe!

social media is so harmful. i'm so tired of seeing people be so fake and compete for attention. it sad how people live their lives around what they can post.
I wish the holidays could be more about spending time with the people we love than feeling like we have to put on a show. There's always so much pressure.
